Products are sourced after order confirmation. We do not keep warehouse inventory for most items, so each order is reviewed manually before payment.
Availability before payment
Availability is confirmed before payment. If a supplier is out of stock, we will let you know and suggest an alternative only if you request it.
Delivery timeline
Delivery may take 7–14 working days or depend on supplier response, product type, destination, and seasonal demand.
Color and photo variation
Colors may vary slightly due to lighting, supplier imagery, and customer screen settings. We recommend confirming uncertain shades on WhatsApp before payment.
Payment requirements
Advance payment may be required for selected items, custom sourcing, or higher-value orders.
Returns for pre-order items
Some pre-order items may not be returnable unless they arrive damaged or the wrong item is delivered. Please review the return policy before confirming payment.
