Return and Exchange Policy
Because most items are sourced on demand, returns are limited and handled carefully. Please read this page before confirming an order.
Eligible return cases
Returns are accepted only for wrong items or damaged items. We do not promise approval for returns based on preference changes after pre-order confirmation.
Reporting window
Customers must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with order details, clear photos, and a short description of the issue.
Change of mind
No return for change of mind on pre-order items unless the store approves an exception in writing before dispatch.
Exchange handling
If an exchange is possible, the replacement option depends on supplier stock and logistics. In some cases a credit or adjusted solution may be offered instead.
